The Champagne De Venoge "Cuve des Princes" Extra Brut is made from a meticulous blend of 35% Pinot Noir (from the Reims mountains), 35% Chardonnay (from the Cte des Blancs) and 30% Pinot Meuniers. The Cuve de Princes Extra-brut is very lightly dosed at only 4g/L and is distinguished by its elegance and a perfectly integrated slight acidity.
